Roast Chicken, Caesar Salad, and Rice

******

Hello!
This is a recipe that is simple, easy and tasty. It is a combination of four average foods put together to create a meal. It is not one of my favorites but definitely a good option to try out.
Ingredients:

Whole Chicken (with bone)
Any Flavoring you want for your chicken (optional)
White Wine - pour
Chicken Stock - some
Lettuce - enough
Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Croutons (optional)
Dressing (optional)
Rice - as much as you need
Butter - enough to cover a chicken

1. Rub the butter on your chicken and sprinkle with salt.
2. Put the chicken on a roasting pan and roast at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes per pound + 20 minutes over (3 pounds = 3 x 20 +20 = 80)
3. Make rice (different brands require different procedures).
4. Add lettuce to a bowl, then add grated parmesan cheese, dressing and croutons.
5. Take the chicken out, spoon out most of the fat then de-glaze the pan with the chicken stock and white wine to make a yummy sauce.
6. Serve!
